Talking about Christian, Christian, and well...Christian

Don't you hate it when your technology doesn't do what you want it to???

Moving on.

Have you ever noticed how many people are named Christian in the design world?

There are A LOT...and three of my faves at that...for some reason this Monday felt like it needed some fab fashion in it...don't you think?

Take it away, Christian, Christian, and Christian!

Golddigger...

I'm jumping on the bandwagon and declaring my undying affection for GOLD.  Hmmm...does that actually make me a golddigger?

Cue the Kanye song...
And feast your eyes on some fab gold interiors:

This is as gold as it gets...thanks to Dolce & Gabbana's summer home (seriously, who else would own a room like that?)

Cetra Ruddy

Now *that* is my kind of gold...

Speaking of fabulous shiney things...the fantastic Sara from A Dose of Pretty has me spilling my guts (and my closet) about my favorite accessories...PREPARE TO BE AMAZED!

Um, not really.

But if you are curious about my shoe collection, then stop on by...you won't regret it because Sara has an amazing blog filled with little gems like this shot of her office...

Happy Weekend everyone and Happy Easter! (c:

A Glamping we will go...

Yeah, that is not a typo...GLAMPING...as in glamorous camping...I had no idea that was even a word until yesterday, but apparently, IT'S BIG....

Wouldn't you have just died to have this be your family vacay, way back when??? (c:

These two are my favorites...

This "camp site" is by Kennedy Designs:

And what got this whole kick started, the most FABULOUS glamping spot *EVER*, spotted on Erin's fab blog, a *TENT* styled by Kelly Moore:

I love me some camping anyways, but this has me longing for the great outdoors!!!

But only if it's glamping. Just to clarify.

Showing you the door...

No, I'm not asking you to leave (c: In fact you aren't allowed to leave. SIT.

Um, please? And thank you.

A great front door does *FANTABULOUS* things for the front of a house...I mean really, would you leave a great outfit without some fab accessories??? I'm all about the bright ones:

And one of my favorite doors ever by the lovely Lauren from Pure Style Home...

P.S.-Sorry for the lateness of the post...I'm feeling a little puny today )c:

Don't get all crazy on me, deal???

So I might have mentioned something about my kiddos' bathroom a while back and then may or may not have totally chickened out on showing y'all pictures.
Yep. Chicken.

But then I decided to put on my big girl panties and suck it up. I mean, hey, what's the worst thing that can happen? Besides you all being subjected to my dismal photography skills *AGAIN*.

But this is my super-duper budget make over for the bathroom, for a grand total of 50 buckaroos...for *all* of it.

Shower curtain: $5 at walmart (I know, it's spendy)
Whale decal: Free ninety-nine 'cause I won it, yay me
White towels: $3 a piece (also walmart, you would think since I have a discount here I would just get some nice ones, but no)
Polka Dot handtowels: $4/each from "the Barn"
Blue-Green Frame: $3.97 from the barn as well, clearance bin, baby!
The monogram inside: This might suprise you, but I drew it. Oh it didn't surprise you? I will hope that is a complement and not...the other thing.
Rug: $10 from Home Goods
Silver Box: $12 from PB, it was my splurge (c:
Polka dot bowl: Target dollar ailse, but actually cost me $2.50...what a rip off! (c:
Flowers: One bunch from the Dollar Tree. A whole dollar!

You made it all the way to the end of this post?!? Congrats, you are crazy...but hey, you're in good company (c:

I'm kinda in love with the polka dots.

And once again, sorry about the pictures...and the no natural light in that bathroom...hey, waddaya want??? It's a rental.

A Love/Hate Relationship

So check out what came to live with me this weekend...

I mean honestly, for 25 bucks, how could I say no???

I'm kinda stuck on what to do with her. That's right, it's a she. Duh.

I'm actually strangely attracted to the "burnt" orange velvet...it's in great condition and I'm kind of into the citrus colors lately. All it would take is a fab lumbar pillow to complete her fabulousness...

On the other hand, how freakin' cool would she be in a great gray color in the front with a rad patterned fabric on the back and outside arms??? I know, amazeballs.

What would you do??? Love it, Hate it?

***Let's remember to take into consideration the fact that I will be undertaking this re-upholstering project myself and that as of yet, I have not done a sewing project on my own. It may or may not be a terrific *DISASTER*. Kind of exciting, isn't it??? (c:***

And any excuse to post some more fabulous tufting...(c:

Happy Monday!
