So I know that by now the Met Gala fashion is old news, but I just wanted to comment on how much I *LOVED*
all the bright and bold colors!
Especially all the sunny orange and yellow hued beauties...
These dresses were some of the highlights (no pun intended) for me:
Emma Roberts was one of my *absolute* favorites...that navy belt with the orange is perfection.
I'm a little on the fence on January Jones' look...
But feast your eyes on that BLING!
The lovely Katherine McPhee
Kristen Bell, lovely (a little safe, but lovely)
And Ginnifer Goodwin was my HANDS DOWN favorite...she really didn't get hardly any notice! So I definitely wanted to put it out there that I thought she was absolutely stunning (it doesn't hurt that I just love her to pieces!).
Did you have any swoon-worthy nominees??? I'm pretty sure there were *quite* a few gag-worthy nominees, but hey, why bash when you can gush? (c:

Favs are definitely Katherine and Emma - gorgeous! I can't get past how January's dress looks a bit too similar to an evil villian's mask :D

I love the Met Gala because it is pretty much the rave of award shows. This year... Solange Knowles and Marion Cotillard knocked it out of the park for me. Also loved Emma's navy/ tangerine combo, but thought January's version was a little too severe, but from the neck up.. yes please!
Gorgeous. Apparently Pantone is the color of the year! I love Ginnifer Godwin and Catherine McPhee's looks the best.

i absolutely love the silhouette of mcphee's dress - just wish it was a different color. and i adore ginnifer goodwin, she's a hometown girl!
The bright colours were my favourite aspect too! Katherine McPhee's dress definitely stole the show for me (although I think the thick straps round the front should have been closer together). Orange is going to be 'my colour' for summer!

Let me just tell you. I'm kind of on the fence about January Jones as a whole. But love all the other ones!
