Feeling Clever

Hello, Monday!

(but seriously, I'm not feeling *half* as chipper as that sounds...ha!)

A little motivation for this lovely first day of the week is in order...

I've been pretty obsessed with quinoa lately...and I just really like saying that name (c:

Trying to keep the boredom out of summer is *REALLY* tough when it's 118 degrees outside...LITERALLY.

A favorite combo from this weekend...

Trying very hard to take life as it comes...
Is anyone else addicted to this show??? I've watched the whole first season in...well, let's just say it was quick (c;

Any anybody else out there Team Damon?  I guess I'm the sociopathic, violent, crazy vampire type...

So what's on your mind this Monday? It *HAS* to be more entertaining than what's on my mind!!!

That quinoa salad looks amazing! I'm definitely going to try that.

I'm such a huge Vampire Diaries fan! I'm actually Team Stefan but my coworker is Team Damon if that makes you feel better. Plus Damon and Elena are dating in real life, so there's definitely chemistry.

What. That's way too hot. Here I was complaining just a bit ago about our 97. But we have humidity too... Way too hot for makeup today yo.

That recipe looks awesomeness.

I love quinoa and millet, num,num :)- Those printables are super cute too I already liked them on Pinterest earlier today, were on the same page with those darling printables. What are you doing to beat the heat, anything fun or just staying at home?

That quinoa dish haunts me. Making it this week. It is so hot here that everytime we walk outdoors Sterling says "Momma Sweaty." And I havnt washed my hair in days- whats the point it will just frizz! Thank god for cold wine!

Oh lovey I can't get enough of quinoa! And yes it is fun to say :) Will definitely be checking out this recipe. I'm constantly on the hunt for new quinoa recipes. Haven't ever watched Vampire Diaries but I am curious. First I have to get through Mad Men and I just finished season 1 last night. A few more to go!

Hope you're having a happy Monday and stay cool. My oh my it sounds hot why you are! xoxo

My cousin keeps trying to make me watch the Vampire Diaries. So you're saying it's addictive? Also, quinoa is my best friend forever. I literally eat it every day.

First, I love that color combo with the shoes! Fab. Second, I've totally been digging quinoa too! And last but not least, I know you love those green monster smoothies -- well I started adding a tablespoon of chia seeds in it and it really keeps me full for even longer!
