Some of the things that would help us to stay friend would be supporting me on some of my resolutions for the year:
Go on a family vacation (not necessarily to Disney, but hey, it's the happiest place on earth, right?).
Be more adventurous in cooking. Or just actually cooking...that would help.
This picture takes care of two: I want to read more *AND* paint something that fabulous pink color.
*RELAX*
Why do I find this one to be the most difficult???
And last, but certainly not least...I need an attitude of gratitude. I need to make sure that before I open my mouth to ask for something that first I remember to be thankful for all I have. (c:

Happy, happy! Glad you gave Mr. 2012 a talking too. I pinned that pink table too :-). Now, for the cooking. You know I can totally help you with that. Today we have burgers that are stuffed with French onion soup!

I like your resolutions...I haven't really set any. I'd like to be more patient and 'in the moment' when I'm home with my kids. That means the blog and projects will slip, but my kids are growing up too fast, and I don't want to miss it. And sleep. I need to get more sleep! :)

cooking and reading is up there for me too. And painting something in general wouldn't hurt either. And finish decorating our house. And...yeah, I'll let you know how I'm doing next week : )

Happy New Year! And I believe DW is overrated (just my opinion, since it is in my back yard so to speak!)!! You will go and need a vacation from your vacation because you will not relax or get to read or cook at all while there. But I'm sure you would see lots and lots of that Fabulous Pink you oh so love!! Here is to a Wonderful 2012!!

These resolutions are great - pretty much on par with what I would like to do except for the delicious pink for the walls - I plan on deeper, darkert's hues - let's see. I see a lot of books here - something I would like to do more of is pick up a book more often.
