Forget the Brass Monkey

I'm all about brass bugs.

That's right, it's not a typo. BUGS.

I found this fun little guy whilst perusing Matchbook Magazine and it was love at first sight:

But then I was like, how the fetch am I going to find this little guy???

Um, Ebay, DUH!

I promptly found this little dude:

I'm pretty sure they are twins...and get this, its actually a vintage ashtray from Italy. Weird and fun at the same time.

But heck, why stop at brass bugs? There is apparently all sorts of fun things to incorporate the creepy crawlers!

This one is a little too creepy for me...

What about fashion?

Okay, what about some colorful and toned down art? These are pretty rad:

Even good ol' Anthro is jumping on this movement with these fun wall guys (although at $800 a pop, I'm pretty sure I'd go a different direction!)
