In true Monday fashion, things couldn't just go as planned and before I knew it the internet at our house was out (since yesterday morning, grrrr) and has just now been restored to it's glorious working order.

And of course this is one of the few days that I actually had something *IMPORTANT* to share!

And I figured I should post some of these pictures before the reveal because I think a few peeps thought that because I was posting all about green, that green has something to do with it.

Um, it doesn't.

So to clear things up, here's something that kind-of-not-really-but-is-super-fun has to do with it:

So without (much) further ado...

I have been meaning to do this project *FOREVER*...and when I say "forever", I mean like 3 years.

Ya. Am I a procrastinator? I'll tell you tomorrow. (c:

But it REALLY needed to be done after a certain genius that shall not be named (um, me) put packing tape over the front of the drawer to keep it shut while we moved (sounded logical) and peeled off the veneer stuff that looked like wood that you find on really fancy-schmancy furniture like that (from Walmart).

I needed to take this eyesore:

To something fun...with a dash of pink...like this:

You can see the pink better in this picture and that the knobs got a shot of gold, too:

And there you have it, something that makes me smile...with pink (c;

So what did you think?

I still can't decide if I want to switch out the knobs or not...

Happy Monday, pink lovin' peeps!

Love, love, love the pink! Don't you wish that you would have done this sooner? The joys of procrastination! I think the knobs are fine, but what about little circular rings? They are my faves right now.
