Pretty in Purple...

My darling sister painted her bathroom an adorable lavender color in her first apartment and I thought it was just about the cutest thing I had ever seen. Now I don't have a picture of the cute bathroom, but the gals over at Opal Never Shouts happened to have posted a friend's apartment that has almost the same color in their beautiful living room...I'm not usually one for pastels, but in this case, I'm willing to make an exception. (c: Especially when it includes one FABULOUS purple velvet sofa (a DIY project no less!!! color me impressed).
