Friday's Fancies, Birthday Style

 Friday of a holiday weekend, can I get a "YEE-HAW!" and a HECK to the YEAH?!?

And for many, many years (okay not that many because I'm still 21...bwahahahaha!), I have had the problem that my birthday is pretty much always Memorial Day weekend. 

Why is this a bummer, you say?

Well, because usually all my friends were out of town, and if you want to go out of town it's ridiculously crowded because *EVERYONE* is out of town, and the malls are jam packed full of shoppers for all the sales.

Frowny face.

But fortunately, worse things have happened to better people and I still want to party it up for the good ol' b-day! 

So instead of Memorial Day gear, it's BIRTHDAY GEAR!!!

I absolutely *ADORE* this skirt from the Shops Tarjay collection, it's loads of fun. Like my birthday. (c:

And because we will be partying it up all day, I need a look that can transition from wandering around and shopping, to going to a relatively respectable joint for dinner (c:
