Because it's AWESOME

The name of this blog really couldn't be more *dead spot on*.

Tobe from Because It's Awesome was introduced to me over the weekend by my style guru, the fabulous Christine of Bijou and Boheme, and I've been gawking ever since (c:

    I love that first quote - these are perfect. Makes me think of Will I Am on Sesame Street - do you know that song? Keep on reachin' high...I can hear it in my head but I don't know all the words...haha ;) Thanks for the inspiration!

    I love her bloggie!!! All of those quotes are words to live by. I love the last one, bc it reminds me of when I ask myself, "what would my 22 year old self do?" It reminds me to be fearless and live with courage.

    What a fantastic idea! The whole bullying thing is really out of control - it's time to take the power away from the bullies. Sharing positive thoughts with the girls (and guys) you love every day is a great start - it's a wonderful way to boost their confidence and make them less susceptible to being bullied.

    That's so great! Far too much pressure is put on so many women to: "be, perform, look, dress, act," etc. etc. etc. a certain way (all too often unrealistic way)...so this is good!
