So I desperately *NEED* to switch out my bedding, but I have a *really* hard time finding things I like.
I have this addiction to white bedding.
Why is that a problem you ask?
Let me do a little math for ya.
White bedding + two small humans + one small dog = HUGE headache and heartache for Mommy
*sigh*
So after a LOT of looking, I fell in love with this gorgeousness from Dwell Studio:
So then I did a little fantasy shopping...
And a little fantasy planning...
It looks like this:
Yep.
The only part of this that I *actually* own are the two throw pillows.
Baby steps. (c:
I think I almost have the hubby convinced to take the plunge. *Almost*.
Hope you are planning a fantastic weekend, y'all!
Oh I love that bedding! Have you checked out West Elm's newest line. They have some pretty awesome stuff as well.
ReplyDeleteI think light shades of gray are a good substitute for white. White looks pretty at first, then turns scary. I know this firsthand :)
ReplyDeleteOooh, I like! New bedding is always so exciting...I'm sure you'll be able to convince the hubby!
ReplyDeleteOooh I think that's a fabulous choice! Hope hubby goes for it :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, sweets! xoxo
Ohhh I feel as though we are on the same wave length! I so badly want to switch out our duvet, but with a Boston Terror, i can't go for white, so I go for the safety gray. Currently we have a gray faux suede/velvet type duvet from Pottery Barn which our little terror wrecked bc she loves to lick her paws on it, which means lick our duvet. I really love your choice!
ReplyDeleteLOVE that bedding. Loving colors too! Hope you had a fab weekend!

ReplyDeletelove the look and can't wait to see where it goes!

ReplyDeleteSo beautiful that bed, congratulations, your blog is good did! kisses:)
ReplyDeleteI know! I want white bedding too, but our fur babies sleep with us and one of them is a dirty little monster.
ReplyDeleteLove what you created.

ReplyDeleteI love that same Dwellstudio bedding - but can't convince my husband that any duvet cover is worth a 3-digit price :( Luckily West Elm has some similar styles for less.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to bring your mood board to life! Have a nice weekend lady!
that bedding is perfect!
ReplyDeleteLove me some Dwell! *sigh*
ReplyDeleteThat bedding is fabulous! Love the board you put together!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally digging the flowered yellow print (I was debating whether it was a rug or wallpaper or fabric but I don't care what it is, cause all I know is it is amazing)!
